A few days ago I had to make a decision that I didn’t want to make. We had to raise our retail prices for the first time in over a year. In January of 2009 Silver was just over $11.25 an ounce as I am writing today Silver is at 24.50 an ounce and going up daily. So our cost for merchandise has increase by more than double. We have been holding prices steady for almost two years and we felt that we could not keep our prices below fair market any longer. I know in this economy that the last thing you want to do is raise prices, but I didn’t feel like I had any choices left. We will always do our best to always offer our silver merchandise at below retail prices and provide outstanding customer service.
